Responsibilities consisted of processing Birth Certificates and Paternity Papers through hospital records and to the county. Verify insurance and enrollment for newborns in Kaiser insurance program. Advised new mothers of services available to them and their infants.
EPH – Energy Performance Hockey
November 1996 to April 2001: Administrative Assistant and Hockey Director
Part time position consisting of various hours at $15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities consisted of correspondence with clients, students and connected organizations. Basic office/clerical responsibilities.
Hockey Director for high school teams and women’s teams. Planned and coordinated tournaments and classes. Also, oversaw fund raisers for the high school teams.
Northrop Grumman Aircraft
September 1978 to November 1990: Worked my way from an entry level clerical position in Procurement and Material to Senior Coordinator in Manufacturing and Product Control. I also was the acting Manager of an Offsite Production and Processing department which I was recruited to set up on a new program. Those responsibilities entailed acting as liaison between engineering, procurement and material, offsite vendors, manufacturing and production control to ensure support for timely production requirement schedules.
Provided upper management with daily status updates on all department activities.
Broke all holding factors that adversely affected production support.
